The staff at the hotel were super helpful with our luggage, making sure we had everything we needed before checking in. The location was great too, close to lots of restaurants and a quick walk to the train station. We also loved the spacious and clean room, with special touches that made us feel welcome.
One negative aspect of our stay was the cigarette odor in the room, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Another downside was the view from our room, which faced an unattractive building.

We loved how this hotel was close to everything. The train station was within walking distance, and the city centre with lots of restaurants was just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel building looked new and was surprisingly modern. There were plenty of facilities, and the room had everything we needed. It was also very clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was good value and included both Japanese and Western-style food.
Can't fault anything about it.

The room provided us with a comfortable and affordable stay, with everything we needed functionally placed. the hotel's proximity to public transport made it easy to get around and the variety of restaurants in the area was a pleasant surprise.
The cigarette stench from previous occupants was a let-down for anyone who expects non-smoking areas. the hotel's location is not ideal for those who want to be in the heart of the city.

The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby and a short walk to the train station. the room was clean and had functional amenities. the breakfast was tasty and had a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine options.
The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly towards guests.
